Abdellah Zinedine is a Permanent Professor at the Chouaib Doukkali University, El Jadida, Morocco. He is a former Scientist at the National Institute of Hygiene (INH) of Morocco and co-founder and General Secretary of The Moroccan Society for Mycotoxicolgy (MSM) since 2011. He has served as an Expert member at the The Centre National pour la Recherche Scientifique et Technique (CNRST) of Morocco from 2011-2014. He is a member of the Executive Committee of the Safe Mediterranean Food Network (SAMEFOOD) network (IAMZ-Zaragoza-Spain) since 2014. He has published book chapters and more than 50 international scientific papers. Prof Zinedine has coordinated National projects and have been involved in collaborative projects at an international level especially with European and African research teams. His research is mainly focused on Food Microbiology and Toxicology, Food contaminants, Risk assessment, with a special interest to mycotoxins.
